2021 House League Season
The 2021 PAMSA House League season along with all other outdoor sports in the province are waiting on word from the SHA and the Government of Saskatchewan before we are allowed to move forward with competition (games). It is because of this that the PAMSA executive board has decided to implement the following changes in order to be able to get rolling on May 3rd as planned:
Rosters for all house league teams will be no larger than 8. This way if games are not allowed until the middle of May then at the very least these athletes can train (practice) together within the guidelines.
Our U10 and U12 age categories will be combined for both boys and girls this season. One of the current rules for all sports is that no athlete can play or train with more than 1 team within a sport or activity. This means that all of our Aces players who were also going to take part in house league will not be able to this season. The girls U10/U12 Division will also feature 2 teams from Melfort this year. Both the male and female U10/U12 league will be a very good experience for all involved.
For the combined U10/U12 divisions we will play with only 8 players with everyone batting, and all 6 positions on the infield and 2 outfield positions being played.
In both the U6 and U8 age categories each team will be given their own diamond which will be their "home" diamond until such time that competition is given the green light.
All Games for the U10/U12 Age groups will be played at Max Power Ball Parks at Prime Ministers Park.
Follow the drop down menu labelled house league at the top of the page to find the roster of your child by age division. Coaches for each team will be in place within the next 3 days, and they will contact you once the schedule is confirmed through the city of Prince Albert.
